Broken North Cattle Company

Red Wolf is starting the Broken North Cattle Company to provide small modular red meat processing plants. The processing plants are designed for ranchers and local cooperatives to process 10 – 20 head of cattle per day. The processing plants are full-service butcher shops, smoking and sausage facilities, and other services to ensure food sovereignty even in the most remote areas of Alberta. The structures and equipment are designed through a cooperative research and development process to deliver the highest efficiency and cost effectiveness.
